Attorneys who practice in New Jersey and New York can earn one continuing education credit over lunch on April 20 at the Jewish Home Foundation’s program, “Charitable Giving and Estate Planning in an Ever Changing Tax Environment.” It will be broadcast on Zoom at noon.
“Our hope is that through the knowledge of local legal and finance experts, area attorneys can better help their clients prepare and respond to what seem like regular changes in the tax code,” Paul Kaplan, the Jewish Home Foundation’s senior development associate, said.
Presenters include Elizabeth Forspan, a partner at Forspan Klear, LLC, and Lorraine Salvo, managing director for private wealth management and head of Palisade Capital Management’s financial planning team. Jewish Home Foundation board member Steven Morey Greenberg and longtime CPA Sidney Kess also will join the program.
CLE credit will be provided by National Academy of CLE. This webinar, “Current Tax Implications on Philanthropic Giving,” is approved for one hour of professional practice credit in New York (transitional and non-transitional) and 1 general credit in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
