NJJBA advocacy day in Washington
The New Jersey Jewish Business Alliance recently held its annual Day of Advocacy in Washington, D.C. Business and community leaders joined for meetings with federal officials, congressional representatives, and agency leadership.
The delegation advocated for key priorities affecting New Jersey businesses and communities, including trade, economic growth, domestic manufacturing, combating antisemitism, religious freedom, and strengthening the U.S.-Israel alliance.
Participants met with senior officials at the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Small Business Administration, members of Congress, and members of their staff to discuss policies that support entrepreneurship, innovation, business investment, and community security.
“The Day of Advocacy provides an important opportunity for business leaders to engage directly with policymakers on issues that matter to our businesses, our communities, and our economy,” David Rosenberg, NJJBA’s executive director, said. “We appreciate the productive conversations and look forward to continuing these efforts on behalf of New Jersey’s business community.”
The alliance thanked the federal officials and congressional offices that participated and reaffirmed its commitment to advancing policies that promote economic opportunity, strengthen American manufacturing, combat antisemitism, and reinforce the strong partnership between the United States and Israel.
