Brig. Gen. (Res.) Eli Ben-Meir, former Israel Defense Forces Chief of Intelligence Corps addressed about 100 Friends of the Israel Defense Forces supporters on December 9, during a Chanukah breakfast at Congregation B’nai Tikvah of North Brunswick. The meeting, hosted by FIDF’s New Jersey chapter, celebrated 70 years of Israel and the modern-day Maccabees — the brave men and women of the IDF — and raised funds for well-being and educational programs for Israel’s soldiers.
