Needlework on display at Teaneck shul
The Jewish Center of Teaneck displays “The Fruit of Her Hands,” an exhibit of Jewish needlework created by its former member, Betty Samuels z”l. The community is invited to a Shabbat kiddush on September 16, after services that begin at 9 a.m., for the official opening.
The exhibit is on view for the next few months, Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. To enter the building use the ramp on Sterling Place and ring the buzzer for the shul office. On Shabbat and holidays the exhibit can be seen whenever the shul is open. For information, call (201) 833-0515.
