NCJW studies effects of climate change on world environment
The Bergen County section of the National Council of Jewish Women will present “The Effects of Climate Change on the World Environment and Human Health” on Tuesday, November 28, at 1 p.m. at Temple Emeth, 1666 Windsor Road in Teaneck.
Susan Golden will discuss the causes of global warming, the way it affects our lives, and methods that might mitigate its effects. Ms. Golden, who was trained by former U.S. Vice President Al Gore and the Climate Reality Project, chairs the Paramus Environmental Commission and is a volunteer with the Hackensack Riverkeeper.
