NCJW Shabbat in Tenafly
For more than 80 years, the Bergen County section of the National Council of Jewish Women has held an annual worship service. The tradition was started at the beginning of World War II for NCJW members to come together for spiritual warmth. NCJW’s Council Sabbath takes place annually at either Temple Emeth in Teaneck or at Temple Sinai, where this year it was preceded by a dinner.
