NCJW honored at Project Sarah breakfast event
The Bergen County section of the National Council of Jewish Women was among the honorees at Project Sarah’s 10th annual breakfast earlier this month.
Project Sarah (Stop Abusive Relationships at Home) is a program that works to overcome cultural, legal, and religious barriers confronting victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse.
Marcia Levy, NCJWBCS presidium member, accepted the volunteer recognition award on behalf of the group.
