The JCC of Paramus/Congregation Beth Tikvah begins its “Jewish Celebrity Chef Cooking Series,” on Zoom, with chef Einat Admony, who owns two restaurants, Balaboosta and Taim, and is the author of the cookbooks “Balaboosta” and “Shuk.” The menu includes Moroccan spiced fish, Yemenite salad with fenugreek-yoghurt dressing, and Ja’ala. 8 p.m. JCCParamus.org.
