To help support the community through these difficult times, Montclair Art Museum announced that it will offer free admission to anyone who is unemployed because of the pandemic.
“Coming back into the galleries is a revelatory experience, like seeing color for the very first time,” the museum’s interim director, Ira Wagner, said. “We want to share that uplifting experience with all the members of our community. Offering free admission to those dealing with unemployment is the museum’s small way of helping the community carve out some time to surround themselves with art that inspires, challenges, calms, or recharges.”
