The author of “A Jewish Girl & a Not-So-Jewish Boy: A Journey From New Jersey to Hawaii — A Memoir by Sandra M. Z. Armstrong” and her husband, Donald Armstrong, will talk about Sandy’s memoir on Wednesday, June 15, at 7:30 p.m., at Temple Israel & JCC in Ridgewood.

The book is about their evolution as a committed Jewish family. The talk is co-sponsored by the synagogue’s sisterhood and its men’s club; the Armstrongs were active in both organizations.
