Local group visits the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s grave

BL07-L-throw-notesOn June 21, a group led by Rabbi Mordechai Shain from Lubavitch on the Palisades took a bus trip to the ohel (gravesite) of Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, the Lubavitcher Rebbe, in Queens. The trip was to mark the rebbe’s 23rd yahrzeit. After praying at the gravesite and leaving personal letters of prayer, the group joined other groups for dinner and an inspirational speech given by Rabbi Simon Jacobson, noted author and lecturer.
