Local fan attends the Atlanta Braves world series

Douglas Wachter of Atlanta is the assistant director of major league operations for the Atlanta Braves. He’s the son of Amy Markowitz of San Francisco, formerly of Teaneck, and Dr. Robert Wachter.

Douglas Wachter and his wife, Nicole, celebrate the Braves series win.

As a special birthday gift to his grandmother, Geraldine Markowitz of Fort Lee, formerly of Teaneck, Douglas flew her and his mother to Atlanta to watch the World Series in person.
