Local artist exhibiting in Closter
“Illumination” and “Resilience,” two new paintings by Englewood artist Rachelle Weisberger, will be on display at the Belskie Museum of Art and Science in Closter from November 5 through 26. The opening reception for the group exhibit, “The Gift,” is Sunday, November 5, from 1 to 4 p.m. The exhibit is sponsored by the New York Society of Women Artists, a professional organization founded in 1925 and representing 60 painters, sculptors, and graphic artists.
Ms. Weisberger is an active member of the NYSWA board. Her work evokes psychological and spiritual themes, has been exhibited in leading galleries in the tristate area, and is represented in private collections.
