Leonia shul welcomes cantorial soloist

Congregation Adas Emuno of Leonia welcomes Suzy Auriel Merrit as its cantorial soloist for the new year. She will share the bimah with Rabbi Barry Schwartz on Shabbat evenings and holidays.

Since 2011, Cantor Merritt has been studying
Jewish music with musicians, educators, and leaders in
the field. Most recently, she studied with renowned
cantors at Aleph Alliance for Jewish Renewal and the Academy of Jewish Religion.
