JFNNJ’s running its Toasty Toes sock drive

The Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey has organized the “Sock Drive — Toasty Toes Happy Soles,” its winter sock collection. It hopes to gather 10,000 new pairs of socks to donate to the Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service Project.

The federation is asking donors to drop off socks for infants, children, women, and men, in original packaging, at JFNNJ headquarters in Paramus, through Thursday, January 13. Some local synagogues might have their own collection boxes, so check there first.

The federation’s offices are at 50 Eisenhower Drive. For information, email Shara at SharaN@jfnnj.org or call her at (201) 820-3947.
