“Jewish Life Cycles: Rites of Passage and Milestones,” an exhibit with art by 35 artists from Naharyia, Israel, and New Jersey and sponsored by the Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey, will be on display through May 4 at the Belskie Museum in Closter.
Sheryl Intrator Urman of Englewood is among the artists. Ms. Intrator Urman has curated the show for four years. It is the fourth annual Art Exchange sponsored by the JFNNJ for its Partnership2Gether Program.
A jury selected artworks by the American artists, which will be displayed in the corresponding Partnership show in Naharyia, scheduled for July. Anita Duquette, an archivist from the Whitney Museum of American Art in Manhattan, is among the jury members.
