The Jewish Home Family has announced that Marva Lawrence, CNA, has been awarded the 2025 Excellence in Leadership Award by LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware. This honor recognizes Ms. Lawrence’s commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors, her dedication to compassionate care, and her exceptional leadership skills within the organization.

“When I first came to work at Jewish Home Family, I didn’t just start a job — I found a purpose,” Ms. Lawrence said. “I came to Jewish Home Family because I wanted to make a difference and be part of something bigger than myself. It’s the smiles I see every day, the resilience of the people we serve, and the way every team member comes together like family.”

“Marva represents the type of care and leadership that we strive to embody at Jewish Home Family,” Carol Silver Elliott, the president and CEO of Jewish Home Family, said. “Her dedication to our elders and her ability to inspire those around her truly makes us a family.”

LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware is dedicated to advancing mission-driven, nonprofit senior care organizations. Through advocacy, education, and fellowship, the association works to empower people to live fully as they age.
