JCC Rockland continues the annual Rockland Film Festival — it’s virtual this year — through July 29. Films are available for 48 hours after they first are streamed, at 7:30.
Many of the films include a pre-recorded or live interview, which is included in the ticket price. On Monday, July 13, the festival will screen “My Polish Honeymoon.” The French comedy/drama is in French with English subtitles. On Wednesday, July 15, the film is “The Keeper,” a British drama that tells the true story of a WWII German soldier who becomes a British prisoner of war and then remains there; despite the British post-war climate, he becomes a goalkeeper for the soccer club Manchester City.
Both tickets and the films are at jccrockland.org/film-festival.
