More than 1,000 people attended the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades’ first Fall Family Festival, which included a petting zoo, art experiences, pony rides, a photo booth, pumpkin and face painting, DJ entertainment, and kosher food trucks. “We are truly the heart of the local Jewish community and the place so many people come to celebrate holiday events and spend time as a family,” said Devin Zukofsky, the JCC’s early childhood director.
