HaZamir to conduct choir auditions at Beth Am Temple

HaZamir Rockland, the international Jewish high school choir, holds an open house and auditions for musical Jewish ninth- to 12th-graders on Sunday, September 17. The event is at Beth Am Temple, 60 East Madison Ave., Pearl River. Cantor Marcy Kadin conducts HaZamir Rockland.

There are more than 37 chapters of HaZamir in the United States and Israel. The teens rehearse weekly and then come together in March for a gala weekend and concert in Lincoln Center. This year, HaZamir is celebrating its 25th anniversary.
