The Bergen County section of the National Council of Jewish Women recently held “Hats Off to Us,” its annual fall membership event, on Zoom. Members and guests designed and modeled their hats on the Zoom windows. Prizes were given for the most colorful, creative, outrageous, and funniest hats.

Paula Star won the Emerging Leader award; Joan Cooper and Joan Schnuer were given Pacesetter awards , and Celia Argintar was recognized as a Colleague for Life. Jazz pianist Mel Nusbaum of Tenafly performed. For information on NCJW BCS and its upcoming programs, go to ncjwbcs.org.
