Aryeh Cohen-Wade of Rochester, N.Y., passed along this license plate he spotted around town. Cohen-Wade, a North Jersey native, explains:

“For those who don’t know, Frumpo was the sixth Marx Brother. He was presumed lost at sea on the Lusitania.”
