Family festival in Manhattan

The Museum of Jewish Heritage – A Living Memorial to the Holocaust, along with JewishGen, LOX, National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene, the Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation, and the YIVO Institute for Jewish Research, host New York’s first-ever all-day Mishpachah Festival. It features Jewish genealogy lectures and heritage panels, cooking demonstrations, live music, and activities for children and families. Experts will be on hand to help attendees research their family histories. 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Much of it is in person; some activities will be livestreamed throughout the day. www.mjhnyc.org/mishpachah-festival.
