Emunah bills events in Englewood, Teaneck

• Emunah’s Gela Feldman chapter in Englewood will honor its former chapter co-presidents, Cheryl Borenstein and Abby Herschmann, at a private home in Englewood at a Shabbat tea on September 16 at 4 p.m. Rebetzin Chana Reichman will discuss “The Power of Beginnings.”

• Emunah of America’s Libby Kolb chapter in Teaneck has its annual Shabbat tea, “Our Women — The Quiet Heroes” on September 16, at 4 p.m., at Congregation Rinat Yisrael in Teaneck. Guest speaker Nina Kampler of Teaneck will discuss “Why — When Bad Things Happen to Good People?” She and her husband, Dr. Zvi Marans, are active members of the Jewish community. Nina Kampler speaks and writes about coping with tragedy in the aftermath of losing a child by suicide.
