Distinguished speaker in Wyckoff
Dr. Stephen M. Berk
Dr. Stephen M. Berk, a professor of history at Union College in Schnectady, will discuss “Israel at the Crossroads” for the Distinguished Speaker series at Temple Beth Rishon in Wyckoff, on Sunday, May 5 at 9:45 a.m.
Dr. Berk is the author of “Year of Crisis, Year of Hope: Russian Jewry and the Pogroms of 1881-1882” and is writing a new book “Our People Are Your People: American Jewry and the Struggle for Civil Rights 1854-1965.”
