As part of their “Cruise Week to Hawaii,” residents of the Jewish Home Family’s Gallen Day Center watched as Northvale Florist owner Ruth Kania demonstrated making floral arrangements. The Gallen Center offers a full day of programming for people with dementia, movement disorders, and other medical needs, and includes transportation and support for caregivers.
