Chair yoga on Tuesday

Yoga instructor Alyssa Reiner — who also is a social worker with the Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey — leads “Restorative Chair Yoga 101,” on Zoom, on Tuesday, December 8, at 11 a.m. Ms. Reiner specializes in a strength-based yoga approach that includes mindfulness, restorative postures, and a therapeutic holistic approach to mental and physical wellness. The program is funded by the Lavy House Senior Resource Center and the Standish Foundation.
