Chabad women’s group goes to Lubavitcher rebbe’s grave in Queens

On June 24, Hindy Drizin, back row left, led a group from Valley Chabad’s Women’s Circle to the ohel (gravesite) of Rabbi Menachem Mendel Shneerson, the Lubavitcher rebbe, in Queens. He died 24 years ago.

Throughout Jewish history it has been the traditional custom to pray at the gravesite of the righteous to beseech the Almighty for blessing. The visit was a time of spiritual connection, blessing, and renewal. For more information, go to valleychabad.org or call (201) 476-0157.
