Celebrating a Jewish birthday

Rabbi Mordechai Kanelsky, executive director of Bris Avrohom in Hillside, celebrated his Jewish birthday with friends and community members. He talked about the importance of a Jewish birthday and told stories connected to the week’s Torah portion. Attendees shared stories of their connections to Judaism with the help of Bris Avrohom and the encouragement of Rabbi and Shterney Kanelsky.
