Cantor makes him proud

On Oct. 14, letter writer Larry Braverman condemned House Majority Leader Rep. Eric Cantor (R-Va.) for lacking Jewish values. I always thought that fiscal responsibility was an important Jewish value because it is the path to economic recovery and will help all the citizens of America. One does not have to agree with all or any of Cantor’s politics to realize that he is and has always been a moral, distinguished, respected, and honorable person. All Americans, especially Jewish-Americans, can and should be proud of Cantor.
