The World Values Network will honor television personality and Olympic gold medal-winning decathlete Caitlyn Jenner at its sixth annual Champions of Jewish Values International awards gala on set for March 8 at the Plaza in Manhattan. Rabbi Shmuley Boteach is the keynote speaker.

Ms. Jenner, a transgender woman and reality TV star, is a strong supporter of Israel. She will highlight Israel’s record on human LGBTQ rights. Israel is one of only 18 nations whose armed forces allow trans people to serve.

The awards gala, now in its sixth year, celebrates people who honor human rights and defend the values of democracies like Israel. Other honored guests include Ron Dermer, Israel’s ambassador to the United States; Dennis Prager of “The Dennis Prager Show”; former White House press secretary Sean Spicer; Pentagon chief spokesperson Dana White; Congressman Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.); Dani Dayan, consul general of Israel, and Adar Gandelsman, Miss Universe Israel. Past honorees have included Pamela Anderson, Senators Cory Booker and Ted Cruz, Academy Award-winners Sean Penn and Sir Ben Kingsley, Pulitzer Prize-winner Brett Stephens, philanthropists Dr. Miriam and Sheldon Adelson, and Newt Gingrich.
