Bravo, Bibi - The Jewish Standard

Bravo to Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. His speech at the United Nations was passionate, powerful, and compelling particularly when he held up the blueprints for Auschwitz and spoke about the lies spewed by President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad with regard to his constant tirade and denial regarding the Holocaust.

I applaud those nations that boycotted the Iranian’s U.N. speech and those who refused to attend or left in protest. As Prime Minister Netanyahu said to those who gave this Holocaust denier a hearing, “Have you no shame?” “Have you no decency?” Israel’s prime minister’s speech demonstrates his passion for his homeland and his desire for peace.

My hope for the new year is to make our world safer and that the world body prevents the Islamic Republic from obtaining nuclear weapons.
