“Mann Trakht, Gott Lakht,” Yiddish for “man plans and God laughs,” an exhibit of acrylics and mixed media on canvas by Uzi Silber, will be on display at the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades in Tenafly, from July 1 to 26. There will be a meet-the-artist reception on Sunday, from 1 to 3 p.m.
