Art in Tenafly
“Memories,” an exhibit of watercolors by Ephraim Weinstein, will be on display during October at the Waltuch Gallery of the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades, 411 East Clinton Ave., in Tenafly. There will be a special opening reception on Thursday, October 8, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Dr. Weinstein, a dentist, also is a student of watercolorist Joel Popadics, who teaches at the Ridgewood Art Institute.
Gallery hours are Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is closed on Saturdays and Jewish holidays. Admission is free and open to the community. For more information call Rochelle Lazarus, (201) 408-1409, or go to www.jccotp.org.
