Andrew Shafer, son of Lisa and Howard Shafer and brother of Ethan Shafer, celebrated becoming a bar mitzvah on March 7 at the Moriah School in Englewood. His grandparents are Sheila and Stuart Kotler of Monroe, and Fran and Joel Shafer of East Brunswick.
