"Adopt" an Israeli soldier

The Big Lipowsky received the following e-mail earlier today:

The National Council of Young Israel is asking that each one of us “adopt” an IDF soldier. Whenever you think about him during the day you can say Tehillim for him, or just daven for him with your usual tefillot, as you would for your own family member.
