A car explodes in Hamas-controlled Gaza.
Israel is not behind it. But who is? Is it the Islamic State? Is ISIS starting to target Hamas?
A shopkeeper interviewed by Al Jazeera said that when they heard a big explosion, everybody thought the Israelis did it — but it became clear that the bomb was planted by someone inside Gaza. “It could have been anyone’s brother,” the shopkeeper said.
So Hamas — a terrorist group— now fears being the target of the kind of attacks it has been launching for decades.
Is the enemy of our enemy our friend?
