Hebrew high plans graduation
The Bergen County High School of Jewish Studies will hold its annual graduation at Temple Emanuel of North Jersey in Franklin Lakes on Tuesday, May 23, at 7:30 p.m. Closing exercises for other students will be on the last day of school, Sunday, May 21.
The school board president, Sy Blechman, its principal, Fred Nagler, and the students’ congregational rabbis will present diplomas and gifts to the 12 graduates: Jessica Baer, Camryn Bolkin, Steven Grossman, Eden Hirsch, Melissa Knopf, Benjamin Kosiborod, Benjamin London, Bennett Rosner, Daniel Siefken, David Stack, Walter Stack, and Benjamin Unger.
The Bergen County High School of Jewish Studies is a regional Hebrew high school for eighth- through 12th-graders. It meets on Sunday mornings.
