The Holocaust Museum & Center for Tolerance and Education offers an abbreviated tour of its “Holocaust By Bullets” exhibit online.
“Holocaust By Bullets” documents the mass killing sites in eastern Europe where Jews were slaughtered during the Holocaust. So far, 2,133 execution sites and 5,298 testimonies have been documented in the project, illuminating an example of mass violence that continues to be prevalent in our world today. This exhibit exposes a largely unknown chapter of the Holocaust and serves to influence all societies to examine the darker recesses of history and to speak out against today’s global disease of genocide.
