Temple Emeth plans spring gala
Teaneck’s Temple Emeth will honor six members at its annual gala, L’dor Vador, on Saturday, June 6, at 7 p.m.
This year’s honorees will be acknowledged for their extraordinary participation over 30 years. They are, past president Dr. Michael Robinson, Honoree of Distinction Wendy Kosakoff, Lifetime Achievement awardees Lynn and Steve Chaiken, and Devotion awardees Dr. Anne Miller and Stuart Breslow.
The dinner, catered by La Promenade of Tenafly, will include a $500 gift card raffle and a silent auction, online and then live at the gala, with items including stays at vacation homes and theater and concert tickets.
“Our honorees have woven Temple Emeth into the fabric of their family and personal lives,” Emeth’s president, Michael Goldberg, said. “Our gala theme, L’dor Vador – from Generation to Generation – rings true for all of them. We are so very grateful for their past commitments to our synagogue and for the many important roles they continue to play.”
Temple Emeth is a diverse congregation that embraces the values and practices of Reform Judaism every day.
