Refugee Shabbat in Parsippany

Temple Beth Am in Parsippany hosted its refugee Shabbat service online on March 5. A congregant, Dina Prasek, spoke about growing up Jewish in the former Soviet Union, and her family’s journey to the United States, with the help of HIAS, in 1980.
