Learning about Middle Eastern Food

On May 11, Shlomo Rosen, proprietor of Gyro Grill in Wayne, hosted a dinner that gave participants the opportunity to learn about Middle Eastern food and culture. About 30 people attended; it supported the Rabbi Israel S. Dresner Center for Collaborative Programs & Learning, Inc., of Wayne’s Temple Beth Tikvah.
