Kaplen JCC open house offers tours, classes, and activities 

In celebration of the new membership season, the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades in Tenafly will hold a community open house on Sunday, September 20, from 1 to 4 p.m. JCC staff will provide guided facility tours, where members and guests will be able to enjoy JCC gyms, outside pools, and the water park, try sample classes, and use the adult and youth fitness centers. There also will be special activities for children, including a moon bounce, face painting, a balloonologist, nursery school playgrounds, and tumble room.

JCC representatives will be on hand to talk about their programs and about membership in general, and to help people register for classes. The JCC is also offering a special promotion in connection with the event. New members will save $150 if they join by October 31; if they join at the open house, they will receive an extra $50 in JCC cash.
