J-ADD community lecture

The Jewish Association for Developmental Disabilities, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping all people with developmental disabilities and their families, begins a lecture series, “Next Steps New Strengths – From Here to Independence.”

The interactive informational program, in partnership with the Division of Developmental Disabilities, will be held in Paramus on Sunday, August 24, at 11 a.m. Participants with family members with intellectual and developmental disabilities, will learn about moving on to the next step in the path to adulthood. There will be presentations from staff from the DDD as well as J-ADD. Refreshments will be served.
