Beloved kosher bakery reopens

Adam Steinberg, a co-owner of Zadies Bake Shop, pictured, is at the shop’s opening on Wednesday, at its new home in the Promenade off Route 208, 2150 Promenade Boulevard, in Fair Lawn. Zadie’s Bake Shop in Fair Lawn was destroyed in a fire in 2024. The fourth-generation bakery, founded in 2005, is widely known for its challah, rugelach, babkas, and other specialty items.
