Thanksgiving chesed project helps the needy in Englewood
On Thanksgiving, Englewood’s Mayor Michael Wildes and his family and neighbors joined volunteers from local shuls, including Kesher and Congregation Ahavath Torah, and vendors to deliver food baskets with gift cards and Thanksgiving staples to residents of Englewood’s Housing Authority. The early morning tradition has been carried on for nearly two decades.
