Norpac registration for annual D.C. mission is open

Norpac, the New Jersey-based pro-Israel lobbying group, has opened registration for its annual mission to Washington, set for Tuesday, May 19.

Nearly 1,000 people will go to D.C. with Norpac, where they will meet with members of Congress to advocate for Israel. A bus will take mission members to Washington in the morning; and they are free to get there themselves and meet in D.C. After a brief plenary session at the Warner Theatre, which includes presentations by congressional leadership, people join their assigned groups — usually made up of four to six — and meet with members of Congress and their staffs to discuss this year’s talking points about pressing legislation on U.S.-Israeli concerns. The event wraps up in the early evening, and the bus takes participants home.

There are special early bird rates. Participants can register online at www.norpac.net. For more information, call (201) 788-5133 or email avi@norpac.net.
