Norma Wellington, an acclaimed jewelry designer, hosts a fine jewelry holiday show and sale to benefit the scholarship program at the Performing Arts School at bergenPAC. The sale is December 14, from noon to 10 p.m., at the Bergen Performing Arts Center’s Drapkin Cabaret and Lounge. The reception coincides with a performance by Holiday Doo Wop Vol. II in the theater at 7 p.m.
Ms. Wellington’s designs have appeared in fashion and trade magazines, and Jewelers of America recently featured her creations. The one-of-a-kind pieces are made of white and yellow gold, sterling silver, and platinum; pieces contain diamonds, precious and semi-precious stones, and pearls. The designs are in a variety of price ranges, with many reasonable, because they come directly from the designer.
Celebrities including Hillary Clinton and the president of the Philippines own Norma Wellington’s pieces, and one of them is in the permanent collection of the Smithsonian Institute. For more information, call (201) 227-1030 or go to www.bergenpac.org.
