Israel Bonds Women’s Division’s reception offered talk on Ethiopian Jews

Last month, Israel Bonds hosted a reception for nearly 40 people at the Alpine home of Ruth and Bruce Pomerantz. Daniel Sahalo, the marketing and sales manager for Megemaria Jewelry Collection, talked about his journey from Ethiopia to Israel, and how he came to his present position. Daniel served in the IDF while keeping his Ethiopian traditions. Pieces of the Megemaria Jewelry collection, which are made by Ethiopian immigrants to Israel, were available for sale, and attendees also learned about activities available through the Israel Bonds Women’s Division.
