This year’s New Jersey Yachad gala, celebrating the organization’s tenth anniversary, is set for Saturday, November 19, at 8 p.m., at the Pfeiffer home in Teaneck. Music will be by Mordechai Shapiro.

The Melave Malke celebration will honor Chani Herrmann, who is New Jersey Yachad’s founder and director, and the director of Yachad at Camp Mesorah. The gala also will inaugurate a scholarship fund in memory of Devorah Stubin of Passaic, who was 22 when she died in January; her car was found submerged in the Passaic River.
